Protecting your personal data is important to us. This notice informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of processing personal data on www.volkmann-rechtsanwaelte.de and about your rights as a data subject. We process personal data only in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national data-protection law.

3.1. Visiting the website

When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server. This information is stored temporarily in a log file. The following data are recorded:

3.2. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we store and process the personal data you transmit (for example name, email address, telephone number, content of your enquiry) in order to handle the enquiry.

Purpose: answering and handling your enquiry.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

Storage period: The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Personal data are disclosed to third parties only if:

• you have given express consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
• disclosure is necessary pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps,
• a legal obligation exists pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, or

5. Cookies, local storage and external services

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. No user profiles are created and no statistics or advertising services are loaded automatically.

Fonts are displayed using the system fonts of the device. Google Fonts or comparable external font providers are not loaded.

On the contact page a Google Maps map can be loaded. The map is shown only after you actively click “Load map”. Only then is a connection to Google established; in particular your IP address, technical browser data and the page accessed may be transmitted to Google. If you do not want this, you can use the address without the map service.
